Although many of us think of an apple as the forbidden fruit Adam ate in the Genesis Bible, the Bible never said any specific fruit.
Some documents say that it is assumed that during the translation from Hebrew to Latin, ‘mălum’ may have been mistranslated because the word has two different translating words in Latin, ‘evil’ and ‘apple.’
Whether the forbidden fruit is an ‘apple’ is unimportant. However, it is interesting that humans sometimes believe without rechecking the facts.
We say that we are rational but actually very irrational, making decisions based on emotions.
