Life is never black and white and has endless possible scenarios and endings. Teenage years at school, however, is hard phase to see the big picture or other endings which sometimes places us to be scared and cornered. As I have encountered people from diverse background, North Korean refugee, prisoner’s children, children of multicultural families in Seoul, teens from broken family, children from super rich families, to more.

While observing the objects on a table and making this artwork, I exaggerated the shadow and light on the objects dramatically. It is to represent how my age group sees our little world with theatrical viewpoint at all times, and sometimes misses all fantastic shades and details in the middle of the light and dark part of events and people.
